The RL78/I1C MCU from Renesas is based on the RL78-S3 core (commonly referred to simply as “RL78 core”). It targets ultra-low power embedded devices and is well suited for battery-powered or always-on applications.
With MicroEJ VEE, this MCU platform offers a gateway for running secure, multi-application embedded software stacks with minimal footprint and maximum energy efficiency.
